All Slime and sensory putty sales are final. Due to health and safety reasons, Slime & putty cannot be returned and restocked for reselling. Slime/putty are expendable products, we cannot offer any refunds for returned Slime/putty even if unopened.  

We have a 30 Day Return Policy for slime supplies, supplies must be returned unopened and unused for a full refund minus shipping costs and 10% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy
